- The requesting clinician confirms that consent to process the patient's personal and health data (including imaging) has been obtained and recorded per SOP-09 / FM-02-(SOP-09).
- Data is used only to design, manufacture, deliver and follow up the requested devices, and for mandatory regulatory records.
- Patient identifiers are encrypted at rest and visible only to the requesting clinician and authorised OsseoLabs staff.
- Data subjects may exercise their rights under the Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (and GDPR where applicable) through the requesting institution.
